Lindberg Question

Good Day Folks!

I am wanting to build a USCG Patrol Boat, the only kit I found is the Lindberg one below. I have had such bad luck with Lindberg models. Has anyone built this kit? Is there another version of this model?

I can comment on the kit, but usually the old Lindberg stuff needs a lotta love.
If you feel confortable with 1/700th scale and resin you should try Jag Collective's Coast Guard High Endurance Cutter Hamilton WHEC 715 or 1/700 USCG Bear.
Other than that there are some older OOP kits like the 300th scale USCG Campbell, the USCG training vessel Eagle, the USCG Roger B.Taney, and the USCG Eastwind all by Revell. But these are all old model kits that are quite similar to the Lindberg kit in their need for love.
