lighting question

hi all,

ok im new to all this lighting stuff so i need your help, i have just bout these 3mm LED's and want to know how many of them i can chain together whilst using a small square battery...see links below for LED and battery information.

it all depends upon the color and how you want to wire them. Red, yellow and orange LEDs consume 1.8V each, so you would be able to chain six of them in series together just fine

White, blue and green LED's consume 3.2V so you will only get three of them in series. The problem with series is that if one burns out, then they will all stop working.
