KLM 1:450 747-200 revell (first plastic model)

Got the kit Christmas of last year and only just got to building it, my first plastic model ive actually had to glue and paint also used this kit as a weathering testbed. I dont have an airbrush so im quite happy with how the painting turned out

I have the Academy kit (Desert Storm version) and am working on it currently

I was a bit disappointed in it though. It seems to be one of their older toolings and not quite the same quality as their recent offerings.
Had a few gaps and the details are a bit soft. Also the engine can shape is weird and feels to flat and small proportionally

Still it makes for a nice display
