Now you have paint it ..... I love it . That's one well designed stand should come as an optional item for all models ... ha

yeah the first photo i had just started to clean them up
the second one was after a few minutes work with a 180 grit sanding stick then with a 1200 grit sanding stick
still got a bit of work to do on it

long over due update

From the front

just need to fill a few gaps and trim a bit or 2 then masking and primer time

ok long awaited update here

bucket loads of filling to be done

stand painted with its basic colour

metallic blue over a black undercoat

masking

metallic work


underneath and top done with metallic blue plus a 3 colour mix of Tamiya skyblue, chrome silver and vallejo gun metal

the finished effect
