The 1/20 Hexamodel 223F SandStalker is a great follow up to the 222F. It uses the same basic hull with a smaller turret and a large antenna. The details are great.

The details are insane, absolutely insane. Very clean build man, looks like a render.

Looks like I've made a little progress since my last post. :p

Weathering is just about complete until ready to be installed on the base. Went with a darker dust finish on the lower sections to add some visual balance with the dark upper section.

That machine gun looks spot-on !
Is that the kit's gun or an after market goody ?

;D Definitely giving me ideas for my Tamiya 222 in the stash .

I even have the FEELING PART

Thanks. It's the kit gun. As far as I know, there isn't an aftermarket 1/20 barrel.

But the kit gun is so nice, why bother.

Wow! That is some awesome detail on this kit. I echo Scotts' comment before that some of the part assemblies look like computer renderings with the crispness of the detailing.

Wow it's been a while.

Here is the finished SandStalker on its base. The base hides the battery and wiring for the micro LEDs to illuminate the interior and headlamp. I didn't really take any photos before it was all glued up which is a shame as the interior is fully detailed.

That is a very cool highly detailed display. That awesome base is just plain... awesome!

I'm not suggesting you do this but massive battle damage could show the insides. ;D

Wow. Incredible build of an incredible kit!
Your weathering is superb- I particularly dig the area around the main hatch.

If you should build another of these kits, consider chopping it in half lengthwise for a cut-away! It seems to be the only way to showcase all that glorious interior detail.
