Galaxy class ship, the Supernova

I've been wanting to do this for a long time. Build a supership. This one, the galaxy class Supernova is a mega ship from a time far in the future not of any in the media today but the possible universe in 5K years. This will be my 1st time scratchbuilding a space craft and one of this scale, roughly 1/900th scale. Started with a Pringles tube and made the 2 massive LRG-70 Quad plasma engines from bits then using 2 sizes of capacitors made the 4 Quark engines for reaching beyond SOL speeds. Then made the sides of sheet styrene, drilled out about 250 window ports and scribed 4 doors for hanger bays then with a misc bit made the primary fighter bay..Please keep in mind this is at the very start of the build. Just put a mist coat of primer on..

While other things take time stole a little and made a small ship to go with the Glaxy class..This one is a drop ship..
made from various bits,plastic card..

A bit more progress done..Finished 1 laser cannon battery and a twin quad laser tower.. The Small drop ship is docked to a docking tower...
