must be a silly question for some off you but can you spray future straight over clear parts?

People have been using Future to dip clear parts like aircraft canopies and car windshields in for years, so no reason you couldn't spray it over clear parts also.

Thanks elm i just tested a bit on a clear part and looks ok so going to just spray it on the model

Main problem w dipping is that excess can pool and leave 'puddles' of future that can dry cloudy.
Airbrushing should help minimise this.

There are some clips on YouTube from guys who use it thought the airbrush who give tips on pressure etc.

When you dip, let the excess drip off back into your container, and then set the part on a piece of paper towel and the excess will wick away, leaving no runs. Works on clear parts, and also works if you are airbrushing it and put it on too wet, and it starts to run.
