Here is my completed Fine Molds 1/72d Millenium Falcon kit. I set it down for a while as I gathered materials and techniques for using the Alclad "hot metal" effects with Alclad paints.

I have one query ( having seen that all the falcon models are weathered the same.)

Should the weathering from the large vents on the top deck at the back of the ship for radial ( as they are ) or to the back, like from airflow??
 
Outstanding work here with this Falcon.
I especially like how the engine area turned out. Those flow controlling panels look like the really know the exhaust heat :)

Stretch,
I would think the area on the upper rear of the craft would get stained due to airflow when exiting a planetary system.
I just followed my research and weathered it according to the craft operated by Han Solo.
