Since I just joined I figure I'd show my most recent build a F4U1 Corsair by Hobby Boss. Great fun and a well rounded kit. Utilizing Mr.Hobby lacquers but flatcote is Mr. Hobby Aqueous.

I used Tamiya black panel liner to start, on a gloss overcoat then I slightly dry brushed silver, very lightly. After that I just laid lines of Burnt Sienna with a slight touch of Raw Umber Oil paints mixed in and swiped it length wise along seems with a brush, lastly evened out edges with q-tips . I didn't use any thinner cause it tends to just become another wash!
