Well, here's something different. I am not sure he belongs here, but I thought I'd share anyway because I did enter him in the All Open category.
Cast your mind back to the late 1970s. Mattel had released a toy line that they called The Shogun Warriors.
Jim Terry had released english versions of some Japanese animation that he called the Shogun warriors.
And then Monogram had re-released some Bandai kits from the super robot genre.
I had all of the kits back then, but now they are all in pieces.
A few years ago, I bought this Gaiking kit on Ebay. I built him, puttied, sanded, and then painted using mostly Rustoleum, Krylon, and some Duplicolor spray paints.
Then I did some detail painting with acrylics, enamels and a brush or two.
