AMT '62 Pontiac Catalimo

Modified the skylight by removing the bottom 'lip' with a razor saw, sectioning the piece the proper amount (based on the thickness of the roof + side pieces) and glueing it back together. Here's the piece covered in Glad Press n' Seal to protect it from scratches/glue etc. during the build process. Wonderful stuff. Compare the thickness to a previous photo

Been a slow go but here we are so far. Lemme tell ya, 4 seats or blacked out windows would have been much easier! lol. Anyway, here's the rough smooth-in for the glass sunroof. I was out of primer (d'oh!) so a coat of flat black shows the outline

I should point out that the open space on the passenger side will have a grille or slats in it to represent a fresh air intake/moisture exhaust unit.
