This was an evil little kit; nothing fit, the parts were warped and had huge gaps. I just about tossed it out. But now I'm glad I did not, got lots of practice with Mr Surfacer500. Besides I really like the gold decals.

Modifications to the kit included cutting open the fuselage & making a very basic cockpit. Also I added pilots from my spares. I also added two "bumps" to the wings and a pitot tube.

Thanks for looking, comments always welcome.

Thanks guys. I think it turned out nice. The shape of the plane sort of reminds me of some of the star war naboo spacecraft. I wonder if the guys at ilm were inspired by '30s aviation?

A nice build, I think the star wars designers were inspired in part by the 30's. Well for the Naboo anyhow.

Now that is looking sweet,i really like this build, and the colour combo sets it apart. 8)
