This one is almost done. I just have to add the missile racks and missiles, and then some weathering.

I normally dont build aircraft kits by Revell, too low of quality. This one is an exception and is quite nice. Intakea dont fit well but the rest does. Nose gear doors and inner main gear doors have vague fit. Those are the only "complaints" as it were.

I wanted to keep thevprototypically correct radar absorption while making a digital camo scheme. Happy to say it takes on a nice metallic sheen from certain angles just loke the 1:1 aicraft.

Here are some photos sitting on the trunk of one of my Harleys.

Very nice, thanks for sharing it!

Is that a what-if paint scheme? I've got a Raptor in my stash (1/48 Hasegawa), I'm afraid to start on, mainly because of the paint. Did an F-35 a while back and the paint job was nearly the end of me, and it is easier than what I see on most real-life F-22s.

Yeah its a what if. As for the paint, I added Vallejo silver, and Army Painter aluminum to Vallejo colors to get the sheen. I added alot more metallic than I thought I would for sure.

Very nice work....as for the what if? I'm absolutely thinking "what if I don't do that camo pattern" Looks great. SEA camo is about the lengths I'll go.

I was intimidated AF by the paint job. Thankfully Ive learned how to make acrylics not lift with tape, and I have a vinyl plotter. Made making the masks much easier.
