1/72 airfix westland seaking

you try the tamiya rubbing compound coarse then apply tamiya finish compound :D

When I had a badly fogged canopy, I polished it with increasing grits of sandpaper and finished it up with a dip in future.

Thanks guys look a like i will have to invest i future iv never had it or used it before but sounds like alot off people are using it these days

don't you just love those gaps around the engine air intakes.

before you glue it in place - if you using the intake filter infront of the the intakes, make sure you do dry fitting with the canopy, air intake and intake filter - it is very easy to alignment issues ... you may need to adjust all three components, which will create bigger gaps for you...

To sum up this kit... Well i wouldnt recomend it unless u have loads off time and are willing to put in the work. I have resently found out that revell do this kit and the mouldings are much better than the airfix one. I no this is a really old kit and with some tlc i recon you can make good off the bare peices. I think i only looked at the instructions 3 or 4 times. All in all i am pleased with the outcome. Hope you all enjoyed the ride :) and good luck to all
