Finally! Some progress. Bought some CMK stuff, cockpit and some exterior bits. May jump in further and get some photo etch to replace the engine inlet grills:

So the exterior bits I bought seem to be more geared towards an RAF Chinook, all good. This builds so good that I may buy another one. Got the interior walls in place, I want to try and replicate that cloth paneling you see in photos, any ideas on how to do that? I was thinking Aves apoxie since I have that but if someone knows something easier to work with I'm all ears. Here is where we stand:
