What aspect annoys you?
I feel like I've heard people say they are thick.
The auto and air modelers definitely have opinions on that as their projects usually involve a lot more decals.

I did a Tamiya spitfire a year ago. Everything was perfect until I started to apply the decals, which are too thick and crispy. I tried some varnish to smooth the edges, and they all wrinkled and broke, totally ruining the build.
