1/32d scale pilot figure

Hi all. I have the Moebius OST Colonial Viper model. The pilot figure is just as poor as the old Monogram/ Revell kit. Are there any other options for a figure besides the out of pro. and stock Starship modeler offering?

If you don't mind doing some conversion work, you might want to look at makers like Ultracast, http://www.ultracast.ca/ who have 1/32 pilot figures in their catalog, including standing and seated figures.

Czech Master Kits (CMK) also have some 1/32 figures, but no seated pilots.

I asked me the same question. From the start I wanted to create a "Japanese prototype" and found some MasterBox figures ("Famous Pilots of WW2") feat. Saburo Sakai for example:





The other ones are converted US Navy officers from MasterBox and a "civilized" photographer - former tanker - from ICM/reboxed by Revell (Set no. 02615)
