The badass black kitten. This was the last unit of F-14 built for VX-9 experimental squadron for weapons testing. Didn't take any WIP photos as I was on and off the project a lot during the holidays. Final finish of the year. Decal, ordnance loading in the next few days.

Newest build, chose Hasegawa over Academy for much better quality. Very smooth and sturdy build thanks to Hasegawa. The three main colors are light gull grey, dark gull grey and duck egg blue on the edges from Testors new line of acrylic paints. Starting a new project next week!!

Almost done, not overly impressed by the quality of Italeri on this one. Painted white roughly close to early prototype. The Italeri supplied decal is a joke. Ordered a more detailed set of decal (sadly no prototype decal is available) and then will do a panel line wash, hopefully this week.
