well just for fun, half the film has no stars or planets in the back ground (day shots), here is the link for nasa sun and earth http://sunearthday.nasa.gov/2008/promotional/index.php you can go to the soho website, the stars are visible with the sun blocked out.

nice music video, however at the 3:20 mark you see our sun rise with the stars in the background.........NOT our sun is to bright so see past it. movie magic

for your canopy try wet sandpaper to take the seam out then a few layers of future floor wax to cover the srcatches..............try it on an old canopy first, its been a while since i tried it.
