Good grief! I thought the Microchip was cramped!
...in '82, spent 6 weeks making my way down from Tokyo to the Rykyu Islands. Stayed in hostels, micro hotel rooms with barely 1-1/2 tatami, minshuku, ryokan and even a 'love' hotel!limited space
It's just a room put to good use after my son moved out. Wait till I start building shelves all over the placeAll … that … space … (Thud … fainting with shocked envy)![]()

Change. Adapt. Overcome.I have a shared space: Mon thru Thur Work-From-Home space; Fri thru Sun hobby space. Kind of a hassle but you do what you can.

I do not know the creator nor sub to his channel, but do you mean you are hearing it translated to Italian? If so I suspect Google's AI is translating on the fly.On my phone that guy is talking in Italian with a weird synthetic accent and using some words which are formally correct but not fully coherent with the contest. It sounds like that guy is a bunch of bytes...another reason to hate him/it.
Maybe it was Google AI translating. I can confirm that on my phone the guy speaks in Italian but it sounds artificial.I do not know the creator nor sub to his channel, but do you mean you are hearing it translated to Italian? If so I suspect Google's AI is translating on the fly.
It was in English for me, and the voice sounded a lot like Andy, as in the Hobby Headquarters guy.
Probably only the "to be started soon" pile. I recently purged my stash, down to 397 from over 500.Nice. Is that half your stash and half models you built and you kept the boxes like I do? Cuz if that's your stash I'm jealous.
Nope, that's me whole stash, the built boxes get flattened and stored under the bench.half your stash
In the past fifty or so years I have completed six kits, and not just because I build at glacial speeds—lots of other things occupying my time. Of those six, three have been since retirement. Hence, the large stash. Sigh.Nope, that's me whole stash, the built boxes get flattened and stored under the bench.
Nothing close to Marten's... good thing my focus is mostly softskin vehicles from ww2 North Africa, kinda keeps the numbers down.
That's fantastic, but being in Texas my first thought was air-conditioning.my new cabin workspace
Yes that's just what we are doing. Insulation is the key here.More useful will be decent insulation in the walls and roof![]()
I think it is in large part a function of available space... you look like you've optimized yours!set ups
Thanks - definitely need to incorporate some video though. I do a lot of referencing online, on the fly so to speak, and working off a cell phone is not great, especially when it is also playing music while I work, and catching texts, phone calls, etc. I'm not satisfied with light levels yet either - thinking a hanging spot/pendant light would be helpful. And there's NEVER enough display space...I think it is in large part a function of available space... you look like you've optimized yours!
