Back in 2022 I found several kits at our local resale shop. Planes and armor. I had gotten frustrated with my model railroad stuff, so it was time.
I also need some air brush practice, as I had just gotten my first decent one the year before.
Come January 2023 I built a couple. It was before I joined this forum, so I didn't take a lot of photos. Figured I'd share a few and get on to the newer stuff.

I started with the Tamiya Russian JS-2. Good build, nice kit. First time with non-rubber band tracks. (Don't know what to call them). First time with 1/48 scale armor. Didn't like it much. Anyway, a few photos.

Ready for decals - and a painted figure! Rare for me...

Went pretty well. Very mild weathering.

After this, I was confident enough to try the Hobby Boss T34/85 with full interior.
Got about half way and quit that one.

Next up, a British Churchill. Also in 148th.

Link-and-length, in this case. When all of the links are individual and must be glued together, it's separate-link track. When the links are separate and hinge together so the track can flex, it's workable.
Perfect. Thank you
