A couple of members have expressed an interest in seeing this diorama as a result of previous conversations in another thread; I apologise to any 'Nam Vets for any glaring mistakes and would appreciate any comments and/or criticisms. I'd also appreciate pointers in posting these images at a larger scale as they appear to be thumbnail only.

Afraid not Edbert! It's loosely based on a photo I took of Long Pagoda, Min Hal Village, Hai Hong Province!

Thanks for your kind comments Gentlemen! I'm tempted to put some of my other earlier work up for your appraisal

@Airborne01!

I was about to post your pictures (and a link to this thread) elsewhere, but decided it was best to ask/wait for permission.

Hard to teach an old dog new tricks, but I try.

This post is from a vet asking for more Vietnam subjects.
Edbert, just read the post included in your earlier response; I joined the British Army in 1965 (served until 1989) and. after training was sent to Aden and briefly to the Radfan, So many 'small wars' are disregarded by the modern generation due to (I suspect) lack of information and an unwillingness to face the harsh reality of political ineptitude, Perhaps wider information would be available if more 'powers that be' had offspring that served - there would be a great outcry generated about loss, tragedy, sacrifice, patriotism etc, etc, etc ...

Pretty awesome work, Steve, excellent! You got it all there, from great base work, figs and rig, and the scenario is natural, spot on!
