I used a satin clear coat before applying the AK Brown/Blue Wash to the gun and shields this time.
Thanks for looking
Tony lee :)

Look at you go Tony!!! I like the effects the washes have so far!!! keep it going!! ;)

She's a looker I love the colour so much depth to it...and the tools look quality as well bud

While the wash has been drying out I grabbed old Fritz by the ear and dunked his fanny in
MIG oils. I couldn't find a sbs for painting Field Grey uniforms in oils so I just took a stab at it.

From what I read on the net, Field Grey is about like Panzer Grey, Dunkelgelb,Russian Green and Olive Drab, your guess is as good as mine. So I went dark on the tunic and lighter on the trousers for a bit of interest.

What do you think??????
Thanks

The figure is ready to take his position.

I was going to flat coat the Marder today and get the dirt and dust on but the weather guy missed it
again and instead of warm it's cold and cloudy. The flat spray stinks so bad there's no way I can spray it in the house.

Maybe tomorrow or Sunday
Have a great weekend folks
