Hello everyone,
I've started working on this Italeri kit:

To replicate a Westland Wessex HU.5 flown by 771 Naval Air Squadron of the Royal Navy, based at RNAS Culdrose in the UK.

A quick look inside the box:

As for the decals, I'm a bit worried because the carrier film looks slightly yellowed… fingers crossed it'll be fine… especially since there are no alternative decals available.

My local IPMS club is going a "Group Build" of a whirly-bird. It will be my first since Gulf War 1 (early '90s) when I made a terrible Apache.

I always enjoy Rodolfo-builds, and will watch this one closely.

Did you introduce the rotor droop, or did it come that way?
Seconding the question. I have an MH-6 on my bench and there's zero sag, but they are thin. I was thinking of heat, but a thousand ways that could go wrong.
