Tie Fighter in the stand

Hi to all,

Small project on the base from the Tie Fighter 1/72 Bandai, it will be presented on its docking cradle.

It is maintained through a mini magnets which supplies also the LightUp.

I still have to finalize the base.

Nice. Is the hanger floor on the base a glass mirror or a piece of acrylic painted on the underside? Also, what did you do the blue outline dots with? Looks like a glowing gel paint to simulate lights.

Nice open details on the wing mounts.

The surface of the base is carried out with a styrene mirror sheet, the blue light points are made with of the optical fiber supplied by a LED.

Styrene mirror sheet. That's new to me. I assume you can scribe it. This could be a very useful tip. Thank you for sharing the method.
