I was out and about today too, so while the girls fought their way through COSTCO, I made for Big Box craft store and my LHS

Have bought brushes online, in Art supplies store, my LHS and today at Michael's... a variety, still searching for that perfect brush, combination feel, paint holding and price!

The best part is that it takes so long, I've usually forgotten I'd even ordered it!

Yes, they do... so I don't buy the assorted size packs, just the sizes I use the most, in quantity.
The smaller ones are quite delicate, but I find they are great at starting holes, and I finish up with a regular bit which is stronger but tends to skate at first.
Especially good for boring rifles and guns! And for placing rivets.

I still have some of those drills, but as you said they break easily, so I have the odd sizes now

Do not plan to replace the broken ones, a standard bit in a hand-held vise like the one below works well for me.

I was in college when the first "Ninjas" came out. While I admit they were fast, and even revolutionary, my Honda CBF ate them for lunch.

Of course mine was nowhere near stock, it just looked that way.

I miss her, and the life, had I not sold in 1986, I'd not be typing this.

Oh, OK, new tool, says Scalemates. I have that one from Bandai, which I built to have some additional detail as a BattleTech MAD-3R Marauder (I have nothing with Robotech but do with BattleTech) but 16 years on, still haven't painted it … This one looks interesting for doing the same to. I'd be interested to know how tall it is when built, so as to work out which scale it is in BattleTech.
