Slave-1 Scratch build

Man u know what, I am brand new to this forum, this is the first buid thread I read. :eek:Bloody hell......I am such an amature!!!!! Your skill is amazing my friend, truly epic build. Now to up my skill level....... :-[ :-[

Thanks guys!!! ;D

The back of the canopy is not high enough, so I decided to
pull one in plastic and just graph it in there, then fill over it
with clay and get it all smoothed out. Then I can prime it and
check it when it looks good, I can form a clear one lay it on
top mark it out, then cut it out and pop the new clear piece
in.

also filled some gaps along the way where
the fenders met the skirts.

When It's all smoothed out I can just use the clear
part as a template and make the cut out to fit it
in the fuselage.

With a project this size it must be so easy to walk away when something's not right but you plow on regardless and get it looking perfect.

Marking it from underneath the sharpie paint markers are
good tough to mark with other things.
