I have never worked with pe parts before and since I have a p61 black widow I want to assemble with pe parts my question is this:

Are the pe parts manufacturer specific or will pe parts for a hasagawa work on a revell kit?

The answer is maybe .
A lot of times yes , but it depends on the differences in dimensions - if any - between manufacturers on a specific subject .
Utilizing some PE will require removal of molded in details .
If you're completely new to PE it might be better to acquire a kit with the PE included or a kit / PE combination you know is compatible .

Usually " most " of the PE will work if you're using it for a kit it doesn't specify . In my experience .

What all does the PE cover ?
Antennas and stuff should work .
Doors . flaps or other replacement parts might not match up exactly .
and cockpits are always pretty specific to a kit .

Good to know. It is a detail kit for a walker bulldog. My kit is tamiya but all I found was one for the dragon kit

LOL - huh ?
I thought we were talking about a P-61
Armor is more forgiving IMO .
I've used aftermarket spec'd for Dragon on Tamiya and vice versa
