I was given this little monster from a good friend so thought I'd share with all you PE enthusiasts. Pantherman

I've wondered about these kits - how was it?
Hi Ron, it was fairly easy to put together but you need PE clippers or scissors to get the parts free from the sheet.

The tab and slot connections make it difficult to get a nice fit and they look unsightly close up.

But if you look from a distance, want a quick build on a weekend and have more equipment than the cover implies, it's a fun kit. Pantherman

I have built a few of these kits, (ships only, Black Pearl, Titanic and Queen Anne's Revenge) and as Panther pointed out, the tab and slot connections are not really designed for tight assembly.
They are fun, albeit a bit of a finger shredder, strong needle-nose pliers and tweezers are a must!

It should be easier with the klingon ship's as I know what I'm doing now. Pantherman
Magnification helps. I've built quite a few of these. The structure ones are easier and look better close up. I even painted one.

Looking at them with this magnification, I think I may add a wash to the foundation.
