Got a new blue backdrop for my photo setup in the garage "studio" and decided to take some better pictures of my Nemesis Enterprise E.
I wanted to show off the lights better than I did the first time around…

I took, like, 39 photos. I also have a video I need to upload to Flickr!.
 
Very nice. Sets off the ship so well!

As virtually all of my photos are at the bench, I've been thinking that a setup with a seamless background and better lighting could be a fun project to add to the list!
You can set something up fairly inexpensively using PVC irrigation pipe.
Here's the setup I've been using with my Canon DSLR camera and a tripod.
Not shown is a small desk lamp I use in conjunction with the larger lamps for when I want to highlight a specific area on the model.
