Im new to the hobby of painting miniatures and scale models. But, I figured I'd give it a go at the Figure Category of this contest. Below are a few pics of my Assault Marine im painting. Im about 85-90% done with it, it maynot be the best looking entry but its probably one of the best pieces ive done so far in my 6 months of painting. This is an Assault Marine for my 40K army, I am making a custom army based around my unit nickname when I was in the Marine Corp. They are called the Sea Dragons.

Thanks for the feedback guys, yeah i put that last pic in there to give those that have never done or seen a warhammer 40k mini a size reference. Just waiting on my weathering kit to get here and ill be done with this entry, im also working on a plane for the afterlife category.
