A bit more done tonight.. Found a 1/35th steering wheel in the parts box.. Used a pc of brass to make the support for steering shaft.. Won't fix it in place until the rest of the cabin is done... Thanks for looking..


Steering wheel hasn't been cleaned off and repainted yet...

Finally starting to sling some paint on the interior pc's.. Made a gear selector, putting the little letters on was a pain, could barely see them,, found some guage faces on acetate..I know it isn't accurate but I like it..

Made pedals for foot controls, mounted the instrument cluster.... Thanks for looking... Will have to smooth out the 1st layer of paint... Also made a seat cushion for the basket position...

Wanted to recreate the look of bullet resistant glass.. Used Alclad armored glass, 3 coats to get the look I wanted..

Next was the seat/stand base.. After painting applied Vallejo dark steel pigment to show the wear of boots on the diamond plate tread... Then set up the seat/stand assembly.. Not glued yet, also not sure to do the seat in the sitting or standing position.. Any suggestions... Thanks for looking...

Getting close to finishing the basket.. Top lower support done, painted and set the seat assembly in place prior to gluing... Thanks for looking..

That glass looks neat, a long with all of your other detail. I may have to pick some of that up.

Started on the front suspension/diff.. Only 4 pc's of photo-etch on each one.. Applied and painted a slightly darker color for modulation. Thanks for looking...

Did a little weathering on the front dif.. Don't want to do a lot as it will be an early arrival and only in country for a while...Did a little highlighting after the 1st weathering.. Thanks for looking....
