2nd entry has changed,,there's some detail sets I want to use on that one and won't be able to get them til August so decided to enter this one. By Trumpeter, looks like a sweet little kit, 2 small sheets of PE metal chain included, should be able to scratch build an interior as one is not included..Thanx for looking..

Got some more work done around work schedule...
Used the 1 floor as a template for the diamond plate.. Mounted engine access panels and locking mechanisms, not sure how accurate they are. Didn't find a lot of materials with good details just general photos..Also made the air conditioner distribution box..

Wanted to make a fire extinguisher and wall mount for both main cabin and rear access area.. Used solder and flattened it to make the straps and retaining ring at the base. Plastic card for the mount and base. Rod and sprue for the body and hose and solder for the firing mechanism and pin retainer and twist tie wire for the pin..

Thanx,, ref materials are scarce... can't spend 40 bucks on the workaround avail..still, scratchbuilding for this is fun and the kit other than not having an interior is a great kit.....

A bit more done.. Finished a 2nd smaller extinguisher, the ammo cabinet.. changed the 1st extinguisher.. next will start on the turret cage... Thanx for looking..

Next continued on the turret basket... Brass sheet for seat base, have no idea if it's used but made an airbag for the seat suspension. Then the seat/stand base with diamond plate for standing position. Lead for a wire loom retainer and a plastic card wiring box. Seat/stand will post next...thanx for looking

Also wanted to make a release mechanism for the seat to release to the upright position.. Used flattened solder.

Finally able to start on the cockpit area.. Diamond plate for floor.. Plastic card for front bulkhead and put in a 3 bank A/C duct outlet.. Will start on drivers area next... Thanks for looking.. Any suggestions welcomed.. ;D

Continuing on the cockpit.. Got upper shield in place, a/c panel in and started on the instrument panel.. Included an air brake control...Gear selector, will finish details on that after painting.. Thanks for looking..
