Hello. This is my first diorama and my first bout of modelling since I was a lad. It started with my brother buying the front T34 for me and sort of spiralled out of control from there! I've learnt so much since starting it, what works and what's a mistake. It's taken me a long time but my mate came over with his camera last weekend and I spent some time on Photoshop with the final touches. I've got two other tank kits now and ideas for both! My wif ethinks it's all rather 'strange'. :D ComBirds Eye_Detail.pngCU_Aufs Damage Detail_1.pngments would be appreciated.

Well, for a very first diorama I think you did a fantastic job of it, If you stick with it in a very few years you can count
yourself in the "Master Class".
You have a great eye for weathering and ground work, your figures already show signs of future greatness
Almost brings a tear to ones eye to see the possible birth of a real talent in the making.
Keep it up by all means!

Wow! Thanks Jim, much appreciated. I look forward to doing my next one. I will be on here asking tips about snow.

Snow? .... too soon! The last of it just melted a week ago! ;)

Did you insert the background in 'shop?
I've been wondering how I could use my monitor as a background...

Looks great! I'm still watchin' you dio guys from the sidelines.

P.S. My brother did the same to me about 10 years ago (with an unexpected gift) and I haven't stopped since!

It would be great if it could work on a diorama. Could take photos with loads of different backgrounds quite quickly. I may give it a go myself. Cheers.
