Hello,

I was wondering would 1oz of touch up paint be enough to cover a 1/25 Nova if airbrushed on? I will be primering first if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

All depends on how thick of a coat you spray. 1oz - That would be about 2 color cups worth in a Badger color cup....should be enough.

Scott,

Thanks! Wasn't sure that doesn't seem like much paint but at 1/25 scale thats not much car. I don't want to get to thick but I don't want to sand though either. I have a Testors spray bomb of Hugger Orange for the Yenko Deuce I'm gonna build but all the Deuce models I've seen are Hugger Orange. I thought I might go Forest Green just to mix it up but it only comes as car touch up paint in 1oz or 2oz bottles for an airbrush.

1 OZ should be way more than enough. I think I only used 1.5 OZ on that huge 1/48 FW200 I built fo the contest. A little goes a long way. Especially after you thin it.
