How do you make anti-slip (anti-skid) texture on 1/35 armor, there's a mig product sold as a kit which i can't find anywhere, do you know an easy way to make it?

I have that same powder which used in MIL-STD-810G Dust test, it's Dust size is between 80- 150 microns. But i couldn't understand which adhesive did he use, is it PVA glue?

It's just an acrylic .
You could use an acrylic clear matte varnish , or any sheen and top it with matte
