I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one thinking about retirement.

Guess the core question is, on the average workday how frequently do you think about telling leadership to 'take this job and shove it' (paraphrasing an old CW song) or how many minutes/hours a week do you spend thinking about spending an 8-hour workday at your bench clearing out the backlog in your stash?
