Hello I'm Marguerite, this is my first post on this forum.
I just wanted to get any opinions on my first third year project, which I completed at The University of Hertfordshire... a scale replica of the Harry Potter Knight Bus.
Here are a few photos..

Very good indeed. Is that a kit or a scratchbuild??
I wish it was a kit! I did it from scratch, including all the drawings etc myself.

Great! I'm going to the exhibition week after next ;D
Oh it's amazing, I've been twice! The second time I asked one of the staff to take measurements of the bus for me to make sure my technical scale drawings were correct!

I can post some method photos if any of you would like to see?

From scratch, that is really something else. Ya we'd love to see some in progress/ method shots.

Ditto....scratchbuild? I just assumed you had taken the Revell Germany London Bus and put a 3rd level on it, which would have been a feat in itself, but the while thing being scratchbuilt?

My hat is off to you my lady!

What a great subject and an awesome build 8) Method photos "Yes Please "

Excellent work!, and yes by all means bring on more pictures of the build process! Looking at your work I am sure you will have some good ideas some of us old dogs can steal .... er ..... um ... borrow ;D

Wow! :o I have to echo what everyone else has said. For us it's even more incredible that it's scratchbuilt. Many kudos, Marguerite. Look forward to seeing your future endeavours.

Yeah, I have such a large quantity it took me a while to sort them all out, but here they are..

Let me know if they're any other photos you would like to see, as I have many more! :)

She did the img links properly, just for some reason where they are, they won't come up. Tried all of the trickery I know, and couldn't get them to work for some reason....why they are coming up in the text with brackets around them is perplexing me as well, should just show the link.

Changed the IMG tags to URL tags, so at least it makes it easier, someone can just click on the link and it will open another tab/window with the picture, rather than having to copy and paste it.

The progress pics do tell a great story.

And I think the problem lies in imgur itself. I think that, when the coding hits the 'img' in 'imgur' it hiccups, making it thing the tagging's done wrong
