This is my build of my father in laws Corvette
HMCS Dauphin K 157
Presently stalled. due some home improvement projects.
Hopefully to restart late august.
Revelle 1/144 scale Hmcs Snowberry kit.
Altered to be the HMCS Dauphin.

Will you construct a sea diorama ?

Yes fantastic read the Cruel Sea. Monseratt served a time on corvettes. Often wonder how close
his portrayal is to the actual fact of the events in the book.

Also a time when good films were made. The scene in the cabin after Ericson was drunk after the horrific killing of British Sailors. Lochart puts him to bed leaving with words to the effect "good night my revered captain".

I would like to create a diorama, but with a twist. One where I can take the ship out of the water an put on a stand and then when needed put it back in the diorama.
I have limited shelf space so hopefully I can figure something out.
