Here's my most recent completion, Hasegawa's 1/24 Ferrari 250TR "Testa Rossa".
I am really proud of this one, I won a second place in the race car category at this year's Shearwater hobby show. I've won a few golds before in judged competions, never won anything in a public vote before.
The kit was built mostly out of the box, I added some hose and ignition wire to the engine as well as some Modeler's seat harnesses. Exterior wawas air-brushed with Model Master's Italian Red, then buffed out with some Novus polishing compounds. I cut and pasted the decals to make car #12, an hommage to Gilles Villeneuve.
