Dirty Sherman

Nice job on your weathering test bed. Looks good to me. Also, I like your choice of markings. The Kilroy
character always amuses me. Plus, no big white star on the sides for German gunners to aim at. Pity those poor guys who learnt that lesson the deadly way. Congrats. Bill

Looking real nice like the transfers on side..and she I'd one dirty little girl

Thanks guys. those are Archer Dry Transfers. The Betty Boop smeared a little during the wash process, I figured some jackwagon crewman could have smeared the paint job in real life so what the hey.. ;D

Hi Dude !

Sweet looking Sherman. I really like the subtle rendering of your weathering.

Thumbs up !

Cheers,

Richard

Dude, this Sherman looks simply beautiful, ain´t it ??? :D

I think that the painting results are really great... and the turret armor texture looks terrific ! :)

Did you texturized that armor ??

Cheers, Moon-P. :)

yep, she's dirty alright. ;D Nice work MP.

Hey, thanks Rob, long time no see, hope all is well!

Jelly I did not do anything to the kit, did not even attempt any corrections. This was just an exercise in techniques to see if I can do it. Actually I was coached along but Bob Letterman, he did a pretty easy SBS lesson here.

Thanks everyone! ;D

Yeah, sorry MP. Been busy with lots of new projects and my forum keeps me busy as well. I'll be doing a Sherman shortly, but the British M4A1. Not so dirty as your Sherman, just very dusty.
