"Cruiser" Corvette Indy

[Quaralane]

Continuing in sharing some of my older builds.

"Cruiser" here was built from a Revell 1/25 Corvette Indy.
The big thing I did with him, at my wife's request, was paint him with flames.
To do this, I first gave the body an overall coat of gloss black.
Once that was dry, I went in and repainted the areas I wanted the flames with white.
Then, using flourescent paints for effect, I hand painted in the flames

Great job! at first glance I thought you taped off the flames and airbrushed them.
