Building this for the automotive theme for the CAMS show coming up at the end of May.
The older AMT 2006 Concept Camaro (was a concept car when this kit came out), with the Jimmy Flintstone Camaro Nomad resin body replacement.
Most of the chassis work is finished...just a few more parts to place. Clean up the resin body a little and it will all be ready for the paint booth soon.
I am actually going to take the Nomad and further convert it to a Sedan Delivery by blanking out the rear windows of the Nomad, more so because the interior is a coupe design, and the back plate of the interior doesn't go all the way to the back of the Nomad body. So blank out the sides, and heavily smoke the rear glass (which I have to make) so you can see in. Hopefully it won't be as noticeable from the front side windows.
The 2 different bodies, the resin body fits the kit parts remarkably well.
And the resin body on it's own...still need some clean up.
