I posted this one in watercrafts a wile back cause its my only boat so far, so i figured the guys here in the auto thread may want to see it to. I would like to do another speed boat some time soon i just need to find something to chop up and make a boat out of. It use to be the Rupp Super Sno Sport drag snow sled, swapped out the 302 Ford engine for a custom designed printed DOHC 12cyl made some front sponsons closed in the tread fenders and made it a movable jet drive nozzle.

You do some amazing builds!
Thank you sir, i have loved the advent of 3D printing and resin casting in the last 5 or 6 years it makes it possible to build what ever you can think of now. Im thinking of turning a Fantom jet into a speed record boat.

A very good overall look with a killer looking engine in it.
The engine came from a company called 3D Model specialties owned by Ron Olson but sadly they are gone now. They made the best parts bar none. He had shapeways making his parts but after about two years stopped making parts available and just went to selling the files so you could print your own. Shapeways went belly up and i guess Ron Olson got out of the biz completely. He is on face book you could check there to see if the files are still for sale.

I remember seeing that guys name around here and there. Btw....shapeways is back in business again it looks like. I've gotta figure out their website but they are back.

It's been a while, maybe they regret abandoning us and are back in the model business!
I was looking at a co, on etsy because they had some nice brake rotors with caliper, most of their stuff is fantasy figures, the funny part is all the model car stuff and auto diorama pcs, they make had parts in peoples carts but none of the other stuff was in any carts. We are a force to be reconned with in printed parts. I wish i could get hold of files from 3D/MS and the guy that made the pulling tractors like the one i posted, i would have a butt load of stuff printed up for you guys to enjoy.

Didn't see your post till I posted mine. I got a LOT of stuff from these guys a few years back.
If you look close at my ground up builds all the 12cyl engines and others, trans axles and rear difs , seats , pro chargers, blowers, injectors and roll cages are all from 3D/MS. There is some good stuff being made out there but nothing like he had going.
