I decided to dig through the stash and start posting all of my WiPs...

This thing is huge! Put it on the backburner till I improve my re-scribing skills. I need to hit the LHS to see if Aires still sells the engine nozzles; the stock are junk.

Thanks! Beside the massive amounts of re-scribing, I've never done a NMF, and this one is a nothing but... I have a 1:48 F-104 that I hope to do as practice before I tackle this one.

I would recommend using Alclad. I've used it a couple of times and I am happy with how it works.

That is the build I did on the Lindberg kit. At the end of the thread is a pic from the IPMS meeting where another member brought in his 1/48 Monogram. YES, it is HUGE. I do not know if he used after market or the like. But it took first place.

Looking forward to seeing this one. If the blasted thing didnt cost so much, I would do one.

Oh, I used the Model Master Metalizer on mine, along with standard silver enamels. I was very happy with it.
