Alternative flow improver / turpentine / white spirit

While i started to use kerosene on my Zippo lighter, i saw that some people use kerosene as flow improver, some use it as turpentine alternative, some use it as white spirit alternative. Is it ok to use it for all those purposes?

Careful using atop acrylics , it will remove it .

Yeah , it extends the dry time . On oils .
