70'Hemi Cuda project

Had this kit for at least 10 years. Wanted to try some new techniques with rusting/chipping and aged materials.Including hairspray method.1 spot on pass quarter,hole was to circular but rest not to awfull.

Next on interior.Wanted more of an abandoned vehicle look, not completely stripped out.

Finished up on exterior and base. Have not made the wood base yet..

The tarps are facial tissue shaded with prussian blue. The bricks are in 1/35th scale. The flowers from a flower arrangement. The boulders are modeling plaster painted/shadows and highlighted.Pastels used throughout.

Thanx, glad it helped.. I got the kit a long time ago for $ .25 at a garage sale, missing most of the parts..So got an airbrush for Xmas from my sister and haven't used one since i had the Aztec double action one back in 90'..So I'm very rusty.. So wanted to prictice and get the cobwebs out of the way...All of the rust is pastel mixes as I am still limited in the materials department..But it was fun to just throw stuff at plastic..Anywho, have fun..
