6mm WWII wargame tile

This time, I tried to create some agricultural lands. At first, I used Woodland Scenics fine turf but I didn't like the look of the fields. So I sanded those surface with sandpaper to remove much of it. Then, I used 1 to 3mm static grasses. The colors are more realistic but it's too neat for me. I need to modify a few things to make this tile more realistic and more dirtier.

What do you think? What should I change or improve or remove? Thanks for your help.
