1960 F-100 start....

Well here it is. Intended for a pearl brown, but it wasn't coming out. So I painted it in a Russian Armor Green primer, and then used Olive Shimmer Pearl in Createx UVLS clear. After it dries for a few days I will do the black trim, and then clearcoat it with 1K clear. Im using the small chrome center caps on these wheels assuming they fit right(I havent tested them) if not I have another set I made with the bare lugnuts. Leaving the kit Chrome intact. Shes gonna be a curbside as I plan on going pretty low.

I came here expecting to see a different F-100.

An interesting thing since I have owned more than a dozen Ford pick-em-up-trucks over the years...but I still consider the "other F-100" (aka the "Hun") to the the greatest ever fighter aircraft.

The paint onnthe bed got damaged, so I had to strip it. I hope it comes out matching. If not Ill have to do a flatbed or something for it.
