1956 HAWK MISTER MULLIGAN Aircraft Model Instructions!! Frame This! $5.00 Shipped!!
This is the original Instructions sheet for the HAWK MODELS 1956 Mister Mulligan Airplane! Mister Mulligan is a pioneering racing plane, specifically the Howard DGA-6, designed to win the Bendix Trophy! It was notable for being the only aircraft built for this purpose and won the race in 1935, achieving a speed of 238.70 miles per hour, unheard of at that time!
Designers Ben Howard and Gordon Israel created the Mister Mulligan, which made its mark in aviation by winning the Bendix Trophy in 1935. This victory was groundbreaking as it was the first time an aircraft completed the race nonstop and at high altitude! The design focused on low drag and high fuel capacity, allowing it to outperform competitors, earning it's place in Aviation history!
